 An experiment in drawing superdeformed characters that went horribly awry. This is Sesa with his pirate friend, Desire von Blueblood.

A sequence of panels showing Sesa spitting coffee all over the table. This was the older, "geekier" version of Sesa, long before I redesigned him, but I sometimes think the way he looks in this strip is part of what makes me laugh hysterically at it.
Sprite Sesa tossing his boomerang while running. I think he looks the most like the videogame sprite in the dream that inspired him in this drawing than in any other.
This was the last version of the massive group picture before I stopped work on it. Sesa is seen here holding Harken. (Click for larger image.)
Full-bodied version of the "boomerang-chasing" sprite from above. In this one he seems to actually be tossing a smaller boomeraning while still holding his normal one in the other hand.  More of that super-deformed Sesa and Desiree stuff. This is truly one of the most horrifying things I've ever drawn, though I do like that moss-covered tree. |
