The mad Oni scientist, Dr. Honen Calzoun, had a plethora of robots and vehicles that he created and used in his attempts at world conquest.

The Megallon was a giant dragon-like robot that was several stories tall and could fly via rockets and wings. Honen created it in an early episode right after leaving the Quixotic Tigers. (I was unaware that there is a Godzilla villain with the same name at the time I named it.) Here, Jack Sheen has a close encounter with it.

These ninja/starling/devil drones are basically to Honen Calzoun what Foot Soldiers were to Shredder from TMNT. He had an entourage of these things that would travel with him and fight his enemies for him. They are devoid of personality and feeling and simply do his bidding.

Torque and Flune are two dragon-like robots whose bodies are made of steel ropes and covered in armor. They can snare victims from hundreds of feet away, and then pull them close to clamp down on them with their steel jaws, or constrict them to death. Their designs were inspired by the weird-looking dragons in the Atari 2600 game, Adventure. Torque and Flune are the only two robots created by Honen that have a small amount of personality. Torque is the crankier of the two. Flune acts like a loose cannon. (Torque is on the left side in this picture.)

XERA is a giant flying white robotic dragon. She was Honen's main mode of travel around the world. XERA, like most of his creations, does not have its own sentience. About 3/4 of the way into the series, XERA was brought down by Nucleo and Deuce. After that, Honen disappeared from the series until he was discovered sick with a rare illness on his secret island.
